With Summer right around the corner, you’ll want to be keeping your skin looking it’s best. After all, summer season means party season with formals, parties, balls and the races. Here are some healthy skin tips I swear by that give you a glow from within (that is, one you can’t get with bronzer).
Using sunscreen every day is super important for protecting your skin. All the models swear by it so if you’re not on this bandwagon already, jump on it! You don’t necessarily need to start slip slop slapping the fluro zinc like a life saver though. A moisturizer with sunscreen in it (15+ at least please!) is all you need to protect your face from the sun. This way you will be locking in all your skins moisture and keeping a dewy healthy look rather than the unfortunate and touritst-y burnt lizard look!
Become a health junkie! Eating well and getting plenty of sleep can make a big difference in your overall appearance. Not only will your eyes sparkle but you’ll get a spring in your step and and an all over healthy glow that no amount of self-tan could give you. So many celebs swear by the rule of “you are what you eat” and it pays off.
Water is essential. Drink it like a fish. It plumps your skin, brightens your eyes and makes you feel great. So grab a bottle of Evian darling and take a sip! You don’t necessarily have to drown your self, but boosting your H20 intake will do wonders for your skin.
