Getting your date a corsage for the school formal can seem daunting at first. Of course, you want to get it right, make sure it matches their dress and that it looks good with their outfit. Ask your date what style and colour of dress she will be wearing and if she has any suggestions for the style of corsage. This will make it a lot easier on you and she won’t be disappointed at the formal when you get her a blue flower that won’t go with her pink dress.

Something to think about: There are two types of corsages depending on the girls formal dress. You can get one that attaches to her wrist or one that gets pinned to the dress. The corsages that are pinned on the dress are tricky and can sometimes ruin delicate fabrics and silks so if you want to stay on the safe side, get a wrist corsage!
